Just noticed on a trip this weekend that one of my roof vents is 
leaking and water is dripping into the plastic light lens below.  
This is the 1979 light and vent combo.

I assume it's just a matter of scraping loose old caulk, cleaning, 
and re-caulking.  Is this a job for butyl or vulkum?  If vulkum, 
where do I buy it?
