<Dave replies>  Well, sure.  Some areas don't allow parking and others
require a resident parking sticker, that the residents vote on to control
parking in their area from abuses like the guy I mentioned who sells cars
and stores 8 or more on our street, taking up resident's places.  It's kind
of depressing to come home from a long day at work and not even be able to
find a parking place where you live.  Each home has a limit as to how many
cars they can have, if the area votes to have stickered parking.  These
stickers usually don't apply for daytime use, but apply after 8PM, because
that's when the campers move in.  This is what they do in Beverly Hills.
After 8PM, only cars with a sticker can park on the street.  Naturally, if
they didn't have that law, the streets of Beverly Hill sowuld be full of
mobile homes, camper rigs and motorhomes, because why not live in a
beautiful area if you have the choice.
