I went to a truck repair shop and bought 2 Stop/Tail lights E/W 
mountings.
This I mounted to the bumper and tied into the Stop and Tail light 
wires.
I did not remove the original lights but just added the 2 new lights.
They work Well !  Now when I change lanes I feel a lot safer.
They are not cheep but it is for safety ...
