Agreed.  Every oil change is too often.  I forget what the interval is, but
I think that the requirement on my truck is something like around 20,000
miles.  I do carry a spare filter at all times.  It is really an easy
changeout on the Power Stroke.  Just take the old one out and drop the new
one in.  The level of fuel rises to saturate the filter so no air problems.
