I didn't see the answer.... a few thoughts..... where are you?  I know of a 
nice 1976 26' trailer for sale near Toronto... everything works

Trailers before 1973-4 didn't have grey tanks so they can be a bit of a pain 
in campgrounds.  Then in 1974-76 some trailers had rear baths and the frames 
bent from the weight of the newly installed grey tanks so you need to watch for 
tail droop in the mid 70s.
