My Equal-i -zer has sort of beat the edges of the bar hold down (the upside 
dowm L thingy . Is this a normal thing ? It has some slop built in .
   Are thes pads on the saddle that these hold downs go thru ?
I really havent been bothered by noise , but I do grease it now and again.
I love mine .
