Joan,
Do you have the original Armstrong Bay Breeze A/C unit?  The water 
collection pan underneath the A/C has a black tube that drains water down 
just behind or near the rear axle.  These become clogged with dirt, spider 
webs, etc.  You can take the cowling surrounding the A/C controls down on 
the inside of the unit, detach the tube and blow the line out with a 
pressure hose.
