I went from a motorhome to an Airstream and yes, I have the "state of the art 
hitch."
I don't have to worry about how to stop sway because my trailer simply 
doesn't sway.

I can honestly say that sway is not a concern of mine. I fulltime and put a 
lot of miles on the rig, have been in terrible conditions and still never get 
white knuckles thanks to the hitch..... and my long wheelbase F-250 pick up.  

I would never go back to a motorhome.
