Speed limits are only the tip of the iceberg, what about lack of 
using turnsignals, turning down high beams, tailgating, staying in 
ones lane (especially around corners), throwing trash out of the 
window (including cigarette butts), adding aftermarket high intensive 
lights, lift kits on trucks, lack of mud flaps on trucks. Not 
yielding when entering a highway from an on ramp. (or even looking 
for that matter) It goes on and on. All of this makes our nations 
highways dangerous. They should be enforced, and enforced 
aggressively.  AL
