As noted in an earlier post, one of the first thinks that can be done to 
address sway before it occurs is to make sure that the trailer and/or the tow 
vehicle are not overloaded and that there is still adequate tongue weight on the 
trailer.

Illinois has a lower speed limit posted on the Interstates for vehicles 
towing trailers.  IMHO, this lower speed for trailers is justified.
