Bryan, I disagree. The Hensley is, IMHO, an absolutely necessary appliance. There is, right now, no braking system that will remotely mimic this hitch. Nobody should be towing anything with an underrated tow vehicle, whatever braking system or hitch they have. Go with safety, and the Hensley is worth every penny in that arena. Mark
