That's exactly what I was talking about Jim.

I doubt that anyone would instinctively reach for the brake controller panic 
button in an emergency if it is in the usual places that controllers are 
mounted. I've often used the manual lever on the old brake controller and 
think that getting in a habit of reaching for it now and then might just make 
the difference in an emergency. These days that luxury isn't there.

I wonder if anyone has talked to Jordan or BrakeSmart and asked for a manual 
remotely mountable actuator lever as an option to either controller? With the 
modern design of either controller, it shouldn't be a big deal to add another 
remote sensor.
