[A/S] Installing a Fantastic Fan in a '79 A/S

I've toyed with the idea of installing a Fantastic Fan in my '79 
International.

In theory this would be simple since I assume the vent opening is the 
standard size and there is already power run to it for lights and a 
small single speed fan.

Problem is that the old style roof vents double as a light fixture 
complete with a translucent cover below them.  If I install the 
Fantastic Fan I lose a light fixture, and that is a problem in the 
living room.

I know I could install some regular RV lights off to the side, but I 
want to make it look good even if I can't achieve a factory look.

Comments wanted from folks who have been there, and if you have any 
photos of how you trimmed out the inside with lights they are also 
welcome.
