Carolyne,

The passes are for getting into the Lansing Center. While you may be 
approached by a member if you don't have a badge, there is no entry 
control at the rally site.
The Vintage parking location is in what is called Red 3. The rally site 
is at the Lansing Airport just off Grand River. Red 3 is located on the 
East side. If you come to Lansing on I69 take exit 85 Dewitt road and 
follow the red/white signs south on DeWitt Rd. By following the sign, as 
you enter the airport grounds the Vintage Group will be on the hill to 
your right.
