I used to was a claims adjuster and you know that there are a few people in the Cold 
North Strong and Free who are known in the insurance industry for their industrious 
representation of the minimally injured. I don't think our damage awards are as big as 
yours, but we still have litigation lawyers who make a very nice living, on insurance 
claimants. The only other thing that makes our court system a bit different is that 
frivolous cases (a hot cup of coffee in the lap by someone who should have reasonably 
known that the coffee she had just picked up a the drivethru window would be hot!"£$) 
tend to be thrown out.
