It was a hitch group that Hunter put me onto. Can't find the link, I 
think I deleted it. Several members had GM/Chevy receivers that gave 
way while towing. I think there was mention on this list that at a 
rally receivers were checked and several were found to be faulty. I 
don't remember any specific year. My Sub is a 02 and I saved the 
receiver for future reference, the receiver is really twisted!
