I assume you have the 13,500BTU Penguin Dometic unit.  If you go by the
specs, you need about 3500watts to start the unit and then significantly
less to run it.  While the EU2000i might power the AC once it was
running, the starting current will be the problem.  I have heard a few
folks having some luck with the 11,000BTU units on the EU2000i, but even
then there are places and times where the EU2000i is just lacking
sufficient output.  Another thing to remember is that as you go above
sealevel, the output of ANY genset falls off, so what works on the beach
might NOT work in the Rockie.  Of course, the solution is buy a second
EU2000i and when you want to use the AC, gang them together and still
have power to spare for other things.  When you don't need or want AC,
just run one.
