Can find any vent in the bathroom and no noise or fan sound comes on when the rocker is pushed - dont know if someone "covered" the exhaust fan at some prior date. Water heater? Hmm, sounds interesting but would be surprised if that is it. Will pull the switch this weekend and see what I find Jim
