What you are looking for is a " CDMA " phone company
that is using and has roaming agreements with other
CDMA companies across the nation the " 2XRTT "
system.
You will then pay the cellphone company a fee each
month for 128K  service via you phone.
It will take a special cord between the phone and your computer.
NOKIA at this time is not equipped to do this ...
This service is just starting to come on line.
Another service is using the  " GSM " system that will run even
faster it too will be coming on line but will take time to become
nation wide.. Check the AT&T Wireless sites for information on
that service.
