Thanks for the replies about my generator question, especially about 
the loudness and surging of the Yamaha 2800.  Since I know the Honda 
EU3000 works great on my unit, I'm going to hold out and buy either 
that or the equivalent Yamaha superquiet 3000.  Both can be bought 
from reputable companies over the internet or 800 numbers for about 
$1700 + shipping.

I'm leaning toward the Yamaha because it comes with wheels already 
on it (a $94 extra fro the Honda) and I like the blue color because 
it matches the Excella.  BTW, it's a 2001 30' unit with the 13,500 
BTU a/c.
