[A/S] lighting lenses....

Im sure there are dozens of other things I ought to be
worrying about but....and please no jokes about how
many Irish widows it takes to unscrew and light
bulb....I have my 76 airstream owners manual and it
says that to change lights and clean up lenses (what
Im trying to do in spring cleaning binge) one simply
goes to swith position 4 and removes the lense...Only
mine dont remove and the fan and vent thing which
should revolve, wont revolve...How do I get the lenses
off without forcing and breaking the plastic and how
do I get the thingy that lifts the vent and turns on
the fan to move..its frozen?? Im learning slowly--last
year did conquer hitching, hauling, venting grey and
black water, fixing step, etcetera etcetera...but this
silly thing has me confused.  And here's the final...I
put the Streamer on the market to force my own hand
and people are very interested making me very nervous
in the do I dont I situation as previously described
to this group...Do I hold on and take it out at age 73
on my own with limited mechanical skills...yes I have
the roadside insurance etc...but but..Anyway. About
the lenses. any help appreciated. Barbara V
