Speaking of gas, I burned up a Stihl chainsaw and found out later that it 
was due to bad gas.  Stihl recommended that I use Silver pump Amoco only and 
not use gas older than 30 days.  For years now I have followed that same 
rule in all my power equipment and been lucky.  Now I know why my dad would 
only buy "white gas" in small amounts for our lawn mowers as I was growing 
up.  I still remember cutting grass when young with a non-powered reel push 
mower.
