Sue and John.  Patti is right.  think a couple of times about that length unless yo plan 
to leave it parked a good deal of the time and stay in it for weeks on end.  I think 31 
feet is a minimum if you are really living in it.  However, a longer trailer means a 
number of things, some of which Patti has mentioned.  Also, the truckyou select willhave 
to be BIG and that means wide, and lat means a wide wheel base.  Such trucks haul like 
mad, but are hard to manuver.  You can get older biggies though for good prices.  I 
bought an old Ford FT250 diesel just for the purpose of hauling the trailer now and then, 
getting it into repair shops and going on the occassional trip with the Kalakala II.  
Geting that truck just up and down a city street though is a real pain, with parked cars 
on both sides, and I never bring the trailer into town.  The closest she gets is my 
sister's suburban home where there is a circle drive and mostly wide roads to get in and 
out.  I have parked her in State Campgrounds, but you have to arrive early if you want a 
big enough spot.  Remember that you need not only the length of the trailer, but also the 
truck.  Even with a 31 ft. Sovereign, we are looking for 50 foot spots and pull throught 
when ever possible.  If you buy this trailer, I suggest you also buy a set of cones and 
start practicing on sundays after church in the church parking lot.
