[A/S] towing problems- check hitch height

Check your hitch height. the hitch height for your trailer and your 
friends, is 18 3/4". this is measured on level ground from the 
ground to the top of the ball. Then set your trailer on the ball and 
when you pull the chains up, it should measure close to 18 3/4" and 
never over that. When set up properly, your tow truck and trailer 
should sit level. Equalizing the weight all around. this should take 
the bounce out. Chances are your old trailer had a higher hitch
