I have that same hitch, been across the country a couple of times and
its worked well for me.  The E-Z The plant is in Indiana and I believe they can be
reached at 1800 364-8152, If that doesn't work try 519-681-1410 That last number
might be a distributer in London, Ontario Canada.  (near Can-Am RV Airstream
dealership). My phone numbers are about 3 years old.  That's when I last contacted 
them.

At the Can-Am dealership I'm sure the parts person could help you
located it (Can AM 1-800-709-2931). Hope this all helps
