Betty, Sorry no hot tips for you. Sounds like you have already dealt 
with all the problems that we have. We have carpet on the floor so 
we travel with a good household vacuum, keep a "throw" on the couch 
and keep several towels laying around for the mouth wipe. We do most 
of our "streaming" in the cooler months but once in a while we do a 
weekender in the summer. It get hot in NC so electricity and A/C are 
a must. We keep a Yamaha 2800 genset in the truck, "just in case". 
Yes, her reverse is excellent. lol. She is pretty small for a Newf, 
only 105 lbs. Our previous little girl weighed around 135. Those 
males are really huge.
