Yes, the mattress is new. I went to Airstream web page and looked up 
the dimensions of the new trailers and the Bambi CCD seemed to have the 
exact same bed size. I asked Rick March to measure my bed and sure 
enough the size is the same so I got a new mattress without having to 
special order one!

The front gaucho is only one, on the street side. The previous owner 
took the curb side gaucho out so that they could use chairs. I have to 
make up some kind of dinette in the front using the one gaucho. Did you 
happen to notice any of the new exterior access doors or the new 
electrical outlet? I haven't seen her since Aug. so I am kind of 
anxious!

Can't miss the plate with the holder that says "1954 Flying Cloud"!
