[A/S] Numbering Airstreams

I get the distinct impression that Airstreams aren't manufactured in 
bulk, in other words just so many a year and usually from an order 
placed by a customer.  I wonder if we've ever thought about numbering 
our Airstreams like artist do their paintings that are sold in 
limited editions.  Example #1/14 made.  Reason why I ask is because I 
bought a preowned 2001, but I've not seen many 2000 or 2002 
Airstreams in the classified ads and wondering if fewer were made in 
2000 and 2002 and if so that should make them a more desirable 
product.  Do ya catch my drift.  I think we should make this a win 
win situation for those who own their Airstreams and not for just the 
dealerships!  Who knows you might own the #1 of only 10 made of your 
model and it might shoot the value up.  Just a thought.
