I think we got our Flamingos at Mcraes. The Palm we picked up at 
Louisiana Nursery (chain of plant stores) it was a Christmas item for 
them. In Baton Rouge they are out, one of my grad assistants parents 
came up from Mexico City a few weeks ago and we had them over for 
dinner. They saw the flamingo/palm combination and went totally nuts 
over them. Pretty entertaining since they spoke no english.... Wife and 
I looked for three days for a tree to give them before they left but 
the city was out. Maybe next season they will come back.

On the "no lights" issue. They --the local A/S group -- are a bit 
stodgy in some of their ways - no drinking, go to bed painfully early, 
no party lights and God help you if you dont know how to play Joker! We 
have a 73 model (we ARE the vintage contingent of the club), they dont 
quite understand the allure of an old trailer. We just take it in 
stride. That said - they have hearts of gold and have really helped us 
beginners get up and rolling. The group is made up of fantastic people 
who treat us as family - dont think I would trade one of them in, 
however, we do look forward to meeting more people who are a bit more 
like minded!

Biloxi - we ride down there a couple of times a year - we dont gamble 
but we do hit most of the Hudsons!
