Charles,

Your Univolt system is not putting out anything.
Motorhomes are more confusing than trailers. There are three electrical 
systems operating with connections to each other. There is the chassis 
(Chevy) 12V which runs the engine, marker lights and such on the outside of 
the coach. It has one 12V automotive start battery to take care of. There is 
also a "Charge line" which is routed through a solenoid to the coach 12V 
batteries. This solenoid is only activated when the ignition is turned on. 
The idea being the engine 12V can help charge the coach 12V when the engine 
is running.

Then there is the coach 12V system. This is the primary juice provider for 
the RV stuff, like lights, vent fans, and the furnace. Older refer's didn't 
use 12V unless it had a 12V position on the control switch. There is one (or 
more) 12V deep cycle batteries for this system. It gets charged by either 
charge line from the engine 12V system or the Univolt. Don't expect much from 
the engine 12V, it's just a trickle charge. The Univolt is the primary 
provider of charge to the coach battery.

The Univolt is part of the 110V system. When the generator is running or the 
coach is plugged into shore/park power 110V is provided for things like the 
air conditioner, the refer, a microwave if you have one, the AC outlets 
around the coach and the Univolt. The Univolt changes 110V into 12V to charge 
the battery and run all the 12V RV stuff. There is a fuse panel separate from 
the chassis 12V.
It may be in the Univolt. If not someone else who has one will have to tell 
you were it is.

There is a circuit breaker on the 110V panel the control the Univolt. If it 
is not tripped the Univolt is suspect. Use a 12V tester to see if there is 
12V's at the RV fuse panel. I think you'll find your problem is there.
At least this is a start.
