Personally I use Blue Locktie. It keeps the fastener in place, yet 
allows you to remove or adjust it with hand tools. If you want something 
really secure, then use Red Locktie, it needs heat to loosen it with 
hand tools. And if you are sure that you will never remove a fastener 
(not for the faith of heart) then use Permanent Locktie. The only way 
you can possibly get it out is to drill it.
