No - mine doesn't. I have no little "post" jack at the front of the tongue. 
My front two stabilizers (on each side of the trailer very near the front 
of the trailer body) are my only front "jack". On my previous trailer with 
a real front jack (conventional), I typically didn't use the front 
stabilizers because the front jack plus the rear two stabilizers were all 
it needed in most cases.

Also - if you ever get your custom trailer built, ask about the "arctic 
pack" - extra insulation helps in the winter/summer. They used to do this 
as an option. Should be great for full timers if they still do it.
