 I know that they talk about hooking the TiVo up to a VCR for 
recording, but if you have a dvd recorder, which are fairly new to 
the market, I would say it would work. I don't see where the TiVo 
would know the difference to what type of recording device it was 
hooked to. Direct should be able to tell you something. Richard in
