Jack,

Don't go jumping at the trailer without knowing a few things.  

The 1971s do not have a grey holding tank so water from the sinks and shower 
drain onto the ground..... this is a problem for most campgrounds and you'll 
need to have a portable tank to dump into.

When you look at it tomorrow have the owner prove to you tht the appliances 
are working.

Stove, Fridge, water heater and furnace and air conditioner if it has one.

Also, have him hook water up to it and run it through the sinks and shower to 
make sure the pipes aren't burst anywhere under it.

Check for water stains inside that mean leaks.... check that the floor is 
sound.

It will probably need new tires.

You will get alot of good advice on this list.
