[A/S] swivel jack/dolly

I've had success using a 'radio flyer' type little red wagon and pieces of
scrap wood on top for whatever specific purpose i'm using it for... for
heavier (tongue weight) trailers and such, i've switched to the newer garden
wagons from lowe's or the home despot with the removable/drop-down sides -
they can handle a bit more weight...

auto stores also carry 'wheel dollies' which are used under each wheel of an
automobile... on a flat surface, like in a garage, one can push the vehicle
in any direction, or spin it around... there's a good deal of mass/inertia
with heavy stuff, so one needs to go slow and easy (don't ask me how i know
this).
