John, I called Hensley and they pretty much told me what Joe said. 
You can also go to www.masterbrake.com and read more about it. I have 
used several different Techonsha (sp?) inertia controllers and didn't 
like any of them. Currently I am using the Jordan Ultima and like it 
fairly well but it doesn't work as well as the old hydraulic/electric 
controllers from years past. In principal, the Hensley/Master Brake 
should come close. I have asked Santa to bring the Hensley controller 
for our Chevy 2500 pickup.
