Another thing you might want to check is the quality of your 
propane.  I was having ignition problems with my electronic start 
suburban furnace a couple of weeks ago, and switched to another tank, 
and the problems went away.  I switched back, and had the problem 
again.  I had just gotten the propane at Superior propane, and the 
other tank at another supplier, and it seems that the Superior stuff 
was a hard lighter.  I am using it up in my electronic lighting BBQ 
and although it is difficult to light, it does burn.  It will take 
all winter and probably all next summer to use it up. (it is a 40 
pounder) but I won't buy from those guys again even tho they are the 
number one supplier up here.
