Don't know anything about any possible problems, but since you are near 
100K, think about this: I traded this past summer with about 100,500 miles 
on my old truck. Being over 100K put my trade in a completely different 
category. I didn't know until then that vehicles with over 100k cannot be 
financed by the regular institutions like banks and credit unions (at least 
here in SC). For this reason, the dealer would have to wholesale my trade 
rather than sell it himself because the market of individuals with cash to 
buy it was poor. I suspect my truck wound up somewhere in Mexico. I learned 
all this after the deal was completed.

Ultimately, those last 500 miles made it worth less to the dealer on trade. 
What ticks me off is that I ignorantly drove it maybe 1000 miles shopping 
around several dealers within 150 miles or so. Probably cost me at least $1 
per mile.
