I have gone thru that with my 2000 31' Limited.  Some intelligent person
wanted the sink to match the Corian countertops so they took a very nice
stainless steel sink and painted it with enamel paint.  The coefficient
of expansion differences appear to have caused the enamel to release
from the stainless steel.  A careful application of a paint stripper
SHOULD be able to remove the paint.  I was concerned about possible
damage to the Corian and/or the plastic plumbing so I took the easy way
out and ordered a replacement sink that is sitting in storage right now.
It will be included with the trailer when I when I pick up my 2004 34'
Limited in March.
