[A/S] AOL toll free number

I was putting AOL on a new computer and was having some trouble while using 
my ISP so I called AOL. I found out that they have put in place in the last 
three weeks a plan where if you do not have a local number you can access the 
toll free with no charge. Where I am there is no local number, don't know if this 
is the way to address it or if you address it as a full timer it will still 
work.
Maybe this is old news but thought I would pass along.
