That is too bad. We also need a new handle and Oasis could only provide
a complete new lock which would not fit exactly and we didn't want to
make the changes to use it.
We are currently using a cabinet door knob after 
Rick at Oasis "complimented" our use of vice grips.
Our son in law tried to weld it, but the aluminum simply melted, so he
drilled a hole and put in a screw thru so we can attach the knob. Still
looking for a better handle.

The whole lock assembly went bad on the 83 and again there wasn't a part
available and the replacement needed adjustments to make it fit.
