Sara, I read the posts daily and find I misread as do others and answers 
sometimes are more humorous than to the point. The recent threads on winterizing I 
find amusing, since for two years in a row I have left the drain valves open 
while pumping antifreeze into the lines and hot water tank. after 7 gallons 
and nothing coming out faucets I realize my error. I believe I will take the 
time to install a bypass for the hot water tank this year!
