  Hi Sara, You failed to mention what trailer you have. If it is an 
AS and like most of ours, you won't have acess to the tanks and 
piping. They are totaly enclosed underneath. AS insulates the tanks 
and many models have heat ducts to them from the furnace. But you 
would need to heat with the furnace instead of electric heaters. If 
we knew more about your trailer (year, model, length,make, etc) 
Wraping the incoming plastic or rubber supply line may not be a good 
idea either. What kind of winter temps do you anticipate? Good
