Me too. I felt a slight (repeat - slight) resistance as I drove off, but barely enough to notice. My wheel locks were just spit out and tossed aside. No harm except to my pride. I think they would keep it from rolling down a slight grade, though. I use them when on a grade of any kind. Jerry 4404
