Bud,

Before you put ANY hitch on the back of your Suburban CHANGE the 
factory receiver! I had a Hensley and the receiver twisted and the 
Hensley failed one time turning out of the driveway! Both companies 
blame the other for the hitch failing and going on the internet turned 
up testimonials that GM receivers can be faulty.
