You have been confused.....

You cannot go to the list webpage, where the pictures are, if you are not a 
Yahoo member. It has nothing to do with the WBCCI. You might want to visit the 
group homepage.  There you can view photos (see the photos and Files links) 
You can also set your membership (Edit my membership) to NO Mail when you tra
vel.

No photos can be sent to the list so you will never get a photo or attachment 
with the list mail.
