[A/S] Interior Paint Airstream

We are re-doing interior of '77 Sovriegn Airstream Trailer.  It is in 
good condition, just needs updating and personalizing.  Inside is 
gutted, will keep original bulkheads,new custom cabinets, 
appliances,lighting.  Question:  What paint should be used for 
interior walls and ceilings?  Of concern is if incorrect paint is 
used there will be peeling/flaking of walls and ceiling.  Has anyone 
had this problem?  Has anyone painted interior walls and ceilings, 
success tips, hindsight suggestions?  Thanks, will send before and 
after pictures to share.
