If it were mw I would work pinitrating Epoxy along each seam so as to seal 
the edges of the plywood the action of the end grane is to wick up any moisture 
and eventualy to cause rot the discoloring is the 1st stage of eventual rot 
starting I would also drill a grid of 1/8 in holres part wat through any aeras 
that are the least bit soft and pore in pinitrating epoxy. About $30 should do 
the job and it is cheep insurance to trevent future damage. Airstream is Too 
cheet to dothe right thing when building the trailers It is inexcusable for 
these rotting provlems to be present.The elusion of Quality is more importent 
than true quality.
