Re: [A/S] factory tour

I just had dinner n Cindy and Carl's trailer and I can see why they love it!
It's amazing what a difference that slideout makes. The inside of the
trailer is huge, the feeling of spaciousness.

I have to say, I'm having a little trailer envy.

I did the factory tour... it really is interesting. The tour leader told us
about the Class C, the only one in existance. I got to peek into it. After
making it, they figgered it would have to sell for $105,000.00 so the idea was
scrapped.

There are plans to make another "classic" silver motorhome., both a gas model
and a diesel pusher.

The "wood" floors in the CCDs are Armstrong sheet "linoleum"

Since 9/11 Airstream has had to emply more people to make the trailers
because the demand has increased.

If I wanted them to do any work on my trailer I would have to wait 1 month
from today.
