Welcome , Deb and family, We jumped into our motor home 2 years ago and just 
love it. Ours had much higher mileage, and we have not had one bit of 
trouble with it. Ours too was in wonderful shape, but did find some rot in 
rear, which has been fixed. a/c in dash has died, but the roof units work 
great. had front end work done and drives like a dream. just check it out 
carefully. good luck. We have our unit for sale, because we are moving into 
a new home in Florida. Currently buying a vintage 65 overlander to restore.
